Consulting Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Are you the person everyone turns to when systems break down? Trilogy is seeking exceptional "problem solvers" who can transform chaos into clarity with the help of cutting-edge AI tools. If you're the type who finds satisfaction in untangling operational knots that leave others frustrated, we want to talk to you.

This isn't your standard management position. As our Consulting Manager, you'll be the catalyst for operational metamorphosis—identifying inefficiencies, streamlining complex processes, and implementing strategic restructuring that delivers immediate results.

While others might be content with endless meetings and theoretical improvements, you'll thrive on tangible action and measurable change. You're the architect who can look at a crumbling operational foundation and envision not just repairs, but revolutionary rebuilding.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Thrives on dissecting business operations to extract maximum efficiency
  • Possesses the vision to transform customer-facing operations into value-generating machines
  • Can navigate complex systems and distill them into elegant, simple solutions
  • Takes pride in methodical problem-solving and measurable operational improvements

What you will be doing

  • Harness the power of generative AI to revolutionize and automate manual workflows across departments
  • Conduct thorough operational assessments with a critical eye to separate effective processes from inefficiencies
  • Design and implement comprehensive restructuring blueprints for key operational functions using Trilogy's proven methodology

What you will NOT be doing

  • Drowning in administrative tasks or bureaucratic management—our automation systems handle the routine so you can focus on transformation
  • Babysitting stabilized operations—once you've engineered success, you'll move to the next challenge requiring your expertise
  • Creating strategies from scratch—we provide the battle-tested playbook; your job is execution excellence and continuous refinement

Key responsibilities

  • Implement and refine Trilogy's operational frameworks to transform underperforming acquisitions, with the autonomy to suggest strategic improvements
  • Drive financial turnarounds by establishing positive margins while simultaneously enhancing customer satisfaction and retention metrics

Candidate requirements

  • Current residence in the Americas (North, Central, or South)
  • Minimum 5 years of immersion in the enterprise software ecosystem, with comprehensive understanding of industry best practices
  • At least 5 years of operational experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility and impact
  • Minimum 3 years in customer-facing roles (Support, Sales, Collections, etc.) with demonstrable success
  • Proven track record leveraging generative AI tools to drive measurable productivity enhancements
