Description

Trilogy is on the lookout for dynamic "fixers" who thrive on untangling complex business challenges. If you're a ChatGPT maestro ready to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies, you're exactly who we want on our team.

As a Senior Associate, you'll transform chaos into clarity, simplifying convoluted processes, and aligning operations to drive success. This isn't about endless meetings or mundane reviews; it's about rolling up your sleeves and implementing impactful changes that make your team wonder why it wasn't done sooner.

We believe operations should be about action and results. If you share this belief, let's talk.

  • A passionate problem-solver who loves to dig deep and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
  • An expert in improving operations to enhance customer value, eager to unleash your potential.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex operations for maximum efficiency.
  • Driven by the satisfaction of fixing broken systems, even if it means being called a "robot."

What you will be doing

  • Leveraging generative AI to automate processes across the organization.
  • Analyzing divisions to identify operational successes and failures.
  • Developing restructuring plans for functions like Customer Support, Pricing, and Sales using the Trilogy playbook.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in high-level management and delegation, as admin tasks are automated for you.
  • Maintaining steady-state operations; once optimized, you'll tackle the next challenge.
  • Crafting new startup strategies from scratch; instead, you'll implement our proven growth playbook.

Key responsibilities

Drive operational excellence by executing proven frameworks to revitalize struggling companies, achieving profitability and customer satisfaction.
