Description

Ready to be the ultimate business efficiency ninja? We're seeking transformation wizards who can harness the power of ChatGPT and turn operational chaos into symphonic success. At Trilogy, we don't just fix problems – we revolutionize entire processes.

If you get an oddly satisfying thrill from untangling operational knots and your idea of fun involves streamlining complex systems, you might be exactly who we're looking for. Picture yourself as the architect of change, wielding both strategic insight and hands-on execution power to transform underperforming operations into well-oiled machines.

This isn't your typical operations role where you're stuck in endless meetings or drowning in bureaucratic paperwork. This is about rolling up your sleeves, diving deep into the trenches, and emerging victorious with solutions that make everyone wonder why they didn't think of that before.

You're probably the type who:

  • Gets an adrenaline rush from discovering and eliminating inefficiencies
  • Has a natural talent for simplifying the complex (or at least a burning desire to try)
  • Takes secret pride in being called "obsessively detail-oriented"
  • Sees operational challenges as exciting puzzles waiting to be solved

What you will be doing

  • Become a pioneer in leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to transform manual processes into automated efficiency powerhouses
  • Apply your analytical superpowers to conduct surgical assessments of operational effectiveness across various divisions
  • Architect and implement transformation strategies for key business functions using Trilogy's battle-tested methodology

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting bogged down in administrative minutiae - we've automated the boring stuff so you can focus on the impactful work
  • Babysitting stable operations - your mission is to fix, optimize, and move on to the next exciting challenge
  • Starting from scratch - we provide you with proven success frameworks, so you can focus on execution and innovation

Key responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence by implementing and refining our tried-and-tested transformation frameworks across acquired software companies
  • Engineer sustainable profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction metrics in our portfolio companies

Candidate requirements

  • Geographic requirement: Must be located in the Americas (North, Central, or South)
  • Deep enterprise software industry expertise with 5+ years of hands-on experience
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in operational roles
  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience across Support, Sales, or Collections
  • Demonstrated success in implementing generative AI solutions with measurable impact on productivity
