What you will be doing

  • Dive deep into acquired products, becoming the go-to expert for strategic technical decisions
  • Craft razor-sharp technical specifications that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and long-term viability
  • Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies to automate and streamline engineering processes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Get bogged down in pure people management—your technical prowess is what we're after
  • Waste time in endless meetings or bureaucratic red tape—we've automated the fluff so you can focus on what matters
  • Pontificate on high-level strategies without concrete implementation plans—your insights must translate directly to product-level improvements

Key responsibilities

Take the helm as the de facto CTO of acquired products, driving modernization, cost optimization, and AI-driven automation to deliver tangible business value through strategic decision-making and flawless execution.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of making high-impact architectural decisions that have shaped the trajectory of software products
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and make tough scope decisions that enhance product efficiency
  • Mastery of the AWS ecosystem and its strategic application in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to create product features and optimize workflows
