Senior Software Engineer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Are you the engineer who cringes at inefficient code, gets frustrated with deployment delays, and feels constrained by yesterday's development methodologies? Do you envision a world where AI doesn't just assist coding—it revolutionizes the entire engineering ecosystem? Then we're looking for you.

While most development teams cautiously dip their toes into AI waters with basic code suggestions, Trilogy is already swimming in the deep end. We've reimagined software development with AI as the cornerstone—not just for coding, but for our entire product lifecycle. From conceptualization to optimization, AI isn't an add-on; it's our foundation.

As our Senior Software Engineer, you'll transform legacy B2B solutions into cutting-edge, cloud-native powerhouses enhanced by AI capabilities. You'll implement sophisticated RAG systems for automated defect identification, develop AI-enhanced features, and ensure flawless deployments. This role isn't for those who prefer theoretical discussions over tangible results—we build, ship, and iterate with precision and speed.

If accelerating your career in AI-driven engineering while working with cloud-native architecture excites you, this position awaits. However, if you're comfortable with manual testing, resistant to automation, or prefer traditional development cycles, we suggest looking elsewhere.

What you will be doing

  • Harness sophisticated analysis tools and RAG vector databases to swiftly identify, diagnose, and resolve product defects
  • Orchestrate AI development agents to conceptualize, build, and deploy groundbreaking features for cloud-native applications
  • Work seamlessly with our international team to create enterprise-level solutions that exceed expectations

What you will NOT be doing

  • Wrestling with Infrastructure Tedium: We've minimized cumbersome setup and maintenance tasks, allowing you to channel your energy into creative problem-solving and innovation
  • Sitting Through Excessive Discussions: We prioritize productive development over prolonged conversations—expect a higher code-to-meeting ratio than you've experienced elsewhere

Key responsibilities

  • Create and integrate AI-powered features that optimize workflows and provide service providers with next-generation tools and capabilities

Candidate requirements

  • Genuine AI-First Philosophy (candidates who view AI as a secondary verification tool rather than a primary development partner should not apply)
  • Minimum 4 years of software development experience, with emphasis on production-grade server-side web applications
  • Proven track record developing mission-critical B2B software solutions
  • Substantial hands-on experience with cloud-native or serverless architectures, particularly in AWS environments
  • Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI coding assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev
  • Verifiable success implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable, significant impact
