In this role, you'll transform existing B2B products into cloud-native giants, optimizing them with AI at every step. From deploying AI-driven features to utilizing cutting-edge retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for automated defect detection, your work will ensure seamless releases. What you will be doing
- Utilize analysis tools and RAG vector stores to detect, diagnose, and resolve product defects and bugs.
- Employ AI development agents to craft, build, and deploy groundbreaking features for cloud-native applications.
- Work collaboratively with a global team to deliver top-notch, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven features that streamline workflows and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.
Candidate requirements
- AI-First Mindset: If your approach is to write code first and then use AI tools for verification or enhancement, this role may not be for you.
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on production code for server-side web applications.
- Professional experience developing highly reliable B2B software applications.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native development or serverless architectures, specifically utilizing AWS.
- Professional experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
- Experience in successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact.
