Java Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Are you an engineer with zero tolerance for inefficient code, sluggish deployments, and outdated practices? Do you not just write software but craft AI-powered systems that redefine the engineering landscape? If so, read on.

Trilogy isn't your typical software team stuck in manual debugging and trial-and-error. We're revolutionizing development with AI integrated at every stage—from ideation to bug resolution. Our mission is to eliminate waste, speed up shipping, and build with precision.

In this role, you'll transform existing B2B products into cloud-native giants, optimizing them with AI at every step. From deploying AI-driven features to utilizing cutting-edge retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for automated defect detection, your work will ensure seamless releases. If you prefer debating architecture over action, this might not be for you.

Ready to push boundaries in AI-driven engineering and soar in cloud-native development? Join us. But if you're more comfortable with the status quo, manual test cases, and teams hesitant about automation, this isn't your scene.

What you will be doing

  • Utilize analysis tools and RAG vector stores to detect, diagnose, and resolve product defects and bugs.
  • Employ AI development agents to craft, build, and deploy groundbreaking features for cloud-native applications.
  • Work collaboratively with a global team to deliver top-notch, enterprise-grade solutions.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Monotony: We minimize tedious infrastructure tasks, allowing you to focus on crafting innovative solutions.
  • Endless Meetings: We prioritize your development expertise over endless meetings. Expect to code more and talk less.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop AI-driven features that streamline workflows and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset: If your approach is to write code first and then use AI tools for verification or enhancement, this role may not be for you.
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on production code for server-side web applications.
  • Professional experience developing highly reliable B2B software applications.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native development or serverless architectures, specifically utilizing AWS.
  • Professional experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
  • Experience in successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact.
