What you will be doing

  • Harness sophisticated RAG vector stores and analysis frameworks to become a defect-hunting machine, diagnosing and eliminating bugs with AI-powered precision
  • Orchestrate AI development agents to architect and implement breakthrough features for next-generation cloud applications
  • Sync with our worldwide engineering talent pool to craft enterprise solutions that set new standards for quality and innovation

Key responsibilities

  • Create and integrate AI-powered capabilities that revolutionize service provider workflows and equip them with next-generation toolsets

Candidate requirements

  • AI-Forward Philosophy: You must approach problems with "How can AI solve this?" before writing a single line of code (traditional coders who use AI as an afterthought need not apply)
  • Minimum 4 years of software development expertise with emphasis on production-grade server-side web applications
  • Proven track record building mission-critical B2B software solutions that businesses depend on
  • Demonstrated proficiency with cloud-native and serverless architectures, particularly within the AWS ecosystem
  • Extensive hands-on experience leveraging GenAI coding assistants like Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev in professional contexts
  • Evidence of successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable, significant business impact
