What you will be doing

  • Crafting and developing top-notch AI automations to streamline processes, boost productivity, and deliver robust, scalable solutions across various applications
  • Experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, integrating them into our development process to evaluate and enhance their effectiveness
  • Assessing and optimizing the deployment of AI solutions across diverse infrastructures, including AWS, to ensure seamless performance and integration

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in traditional coding - our AI handles the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on innovation and strategy
  • Getting bogged down in repetitive tasks - every challenge is unique

Key responsibilities

Designing and deploying advanced, fully-automated AI systems that function without human intervention, creating a truly scalable impact

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset (if your first instinct is to write code and then use AI tools to verify or enhance it, rather than the other way around, this role may not be for you)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and AWS
  • Experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Proven track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative results
  • Experience using various LLMs through their APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
