What you will be doing

  • Crafting and implementing top-tier AI automations to optimize processes, elevate productivity, and deliver robust, scalable solutions across various applications
  • Exploring cutting-edge AI tools like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, incorporating them into our development process to evaluate and enhance their effectiveness
  • Assessing and refining AI solution implementations across different infrastructures, including AWS, to ensure seamless performance and integration

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional coding - our AI handles the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on innovation and strategy
  • Repetitive tasks - each challenge presents a unique opportunity

Key responsibilities

Designing and launching advanced, fully-automated AI systems that operate autonomously for a truly scalable impact

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset (if your first instinct is to code and then use AI tools for validation or enhancement, rather than the reverse, this role isn't for you)
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and AWS
  • Experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Proven track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact
  • Experience utilizing various LLMs through their APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to tackle business challenges
