Description

Are you prepared to engage with challenging technical scenarios where your expertise plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting revenue? We seek an energetic problem-solver to take charge of our Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) systems, the backbone of our operations. This isn't your ordinary support or engineering position—it's an opportunity to work with an advanced tech stack, utilizing AI and automation to deliver solutions that outpace industry norms.

This role is uniquely concentrated on BRM systems, requiring a profound grasp of their intricacies. You'll be tasked with accurately diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues, executing smooth deployments across various environments, and performing exhaustive testing to ensure optimal performance—all while following stringent protocols to uphold system reliability. This is not a position for those looking for routine duties. It's for individuals who thrive on solving complex issues, enjoy working closely with technical teams and clients, and are keen to make a significant impact on business performance.

Joining our team means being at the cutting edge of redefining customer retention strategies through exceptional technical support. If the prospect of revolutionizing BRM systems in an AI-centric environment excites you, we're eager to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Tackling Maintenance Tickets: Identify and resolve customer-reported challenges within BRM systems
  • Overseeing Deployments: Implement BRM component deployments across environments to ensure stability and customer readiness
  • Testing Rigor: Carry out unit and integration tests to confirm that updates and fixes meet quality benchmarks pre-deployment

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating new features or product innovations beyond the scope of BRM maintenance and resolution
  • Handling general customer service inquiries not related to BRM-specific issues
  • Engaging in strategic planning or product management; the role focuses on efficiently resolving BRM issues
  • Redesigning high-level system architecture; the role involves applying maintenance, fixes, and updates within the existing BRM framework

Key responsibilities

  • Drive enhanced customer satisfaction and retention through superior BRM support systems

Candidate requirements

  • Reside within an EU-aligned time zone
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java
  • Practical experience with Oracle DB, Spring Boot, and J2EE
  • Background in telecommunications OSS/BSS
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
