Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of 5+ years developing complex 3D games using Unity, with at least one successful launch that captivated and retained users
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in game development, including designing scalable technical architectures
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI technologies into game development processes
