What you will be doing

  • Craft AI-Powered Educational Experiences: Develop and refine AI-driven workflows that generate personalized, engaging content for students across various subjects.
  • Build the Brain Behind the Learning: Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to construct and maintain 'Second Brains'—comprehensive knowledge repositories that fuel our AI-generated educational content.
  • Innovate at the Intersection of AI and Education: Push the boundaries of what's possible in EdTech by integrating cutting-edge AI tools and engineering prompts that resonate with learners.
  • Collaborate and Iterate: Work closely with subject matter experts and users to continuously improve our AI workflows and ensure our content meets the highest educational standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Spearhead LearnWith.AI's mission to stand out in the EdTech landscape by leveraging AI to create captivating, personalized educational content
  • Develop and optimize AI-driven systems that adapt to individual learning needs and styles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our AI solutions align with curriculum standards and pedagogical best practices
  • Continuously research and implement emerging AI technologies to keep LearnWith.AI at the forefront of educational innovation

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record as a software engineer with 2+ years of experience in developing robust, scalable applications
  • Demonstrated academic excellence, as evidenced by a score of 4 or 5 on at least one AP exam in the US or Canada
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok in professional settings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about applying AI to educational challenges
  • Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes through technology
