Senior Software Engineer   $100,000 USD/year

Description

In the rapidly evolving world of EdTech, the quest to create captivating, individualized educational content is more pressing than ever. With a sea of uninspiring learning tools flooding the market, the need to stand out is paramount. Studies show that when educational resources fail to resonate with students or adapt to their unique learning preferences, engagement plummets, leaving a void in effective educational experiences. This challenge burdens educators who strive to deliver top-notch, customized instruction despite limited time and resources.

At LearnWith.AI, we are at the forefront of this challenge, leveraging AI to transform content creation. We're not just developing AI applications—we're building AI-driven platforms that generate dynamic, tailored learning materials. Imagine an AI-enhanced "Second Brain" for subjects like Science or History—an intelligent knowledge repository capable of producing captivating, adaptive content on a large scale. Our pioneering approach sets us apart in a saturated market and reimagines AI's role in education, making learning more accessible, impactful, and enjoyable.

This is no ordinary AI engineering position. You won't be confined to mere coding or abstract AI model development. Instead, you'll spearhead the transformation of student learning experiences by designing and implementing AI-powered workflows that offer genuinely personalized education. This role is not for those who prefer routine tasks or incremental changes—it's for bold innovators ready to employ cutting-edge technology for tangible world impact.

As a pivotal team member, you'll architect AI-driven educational tools poised to revolutionize the learning landscape. By leveraging LLMs as domain experts, you'll create contextual knowledge packs and intelligent learning assistants, ensuring our AI produces content that is both meaningful and transformative. If you're thrilled by the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education and eager to lead projects that challenge the status quo, we want to hear from you.
