Full Stack Engineer   $100,000 USD/year

Description

Are you ready to revolutionize education through AI? We're not looking for just another developer – we're seeking a visionary Full Stack Engineer who can help us transform how students learn.

At LearnWith.AI, we're tackling one of education's biggest challenges: creating personalized, engaging learning experiences at scale. While others offer generic solutions, we're building AI-powered "Second Brains" that adapt to individual student needs, making learning more effective and enjoyable.

This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and educational impact. You'll be architecting intelligent systems that generate dynamic, student-specific content, working with cutting-edge LLMs to create contextual knowledge packs that revolutionize how students engage with subjects like Science and History.

What you will be doing

  • Design and implement sophisticated AI workflows that combine multiple AI tools, craft precise prompts, and continuously refine based on expert feedback
  • Create and maintain intelligent knowledge repositories using LLMs as domain experts, building the foundation for our AI-powered educational content generation
  • Architect scalable data structures that support complex educational content generation while maintaining performance and reliability

What you will NOT be doing

  • Writing traditional, static code that doesn't leverage AI capabilities
  • Building conventional CRUD applications or maintaining legacy systems
  • Working on generic AI models without clear educational applications
  • Creating standard content management systems or basic educational tools

Key responsibilities

Transform the educational landscape by architecting and implementing AI-driven systems that generate personalized, engaging learning content at scale, directly contributing to LearnWith.AI's mission of revolutionizing how students learn.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of proven software engineering experience
  • Master's Degree or higher in Mathematics, Science, English Literature, Computer Science, Economics, or History
  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok) in professional applications
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in educational contexts
  • Passion for using technology to improve educational outcomes
