What you will be doing

  • Feature Development: Crafting and executing new features with an emphasis on scalability, durability, and long-lasting product influence.
  • Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to refine requirements and spearheading technical dialogues to align features with product aims.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Ensuring product stability, optimizing performance, and proactively detecting and solving challenges.
  • Technical Design: Making pivotal technical decisions that directly affect user experiences and product scalability.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Jumping between short-lived projects or pursuing the latest tech fads.
  • Engaging in internal IT or outsourced projects lacking real-world impact.
  • Being bogged down by endless meetings or monotonous infrastructure issues.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in full-stack development, handling both front and backend features.
  • At least 2 years as the lead technical contributor for a SaaS product, making strategic technical choices.
  • Over 4 years of experience working on genuine SaaS products, excluding outsourcing or internal IT roles.
  • Proficiency in leveraging generative AI in everyday development tasks.
