This isn't just another engineering role. You'll make strategic technical decisions that directly impact product direction and user outcomes while working with a team that values thoughtful design over rushed implementation. What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement mission-critical features with a focus on scalability and long-term stability, directly impacting thousands of students' learning experiences
  • Transform product requirements into technical reality through strategic design decisions and technical leadership
  • Ensure continuous product excellence through performance optimization, proactive monitoring, and swift resolution of technical challenges
  • Drive high-stakes technical decisions that shape both user experience and our technology roadmap

What you will NOT be doing

  • Jumping between short-lived projects or chasing trendy technologies without strategic purpose
  • Building internal tools or outsourced solutions with limited real-world impact
  • Wasting time in excessive meetings or troubleshooting basic infrastructure problems

Key responsibilities

Drive the technical evolution of our AI-powered educational platforms to deliver measurable learning outcomes while ensuring long-term product scalability and excellence.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of comprehensive full-stack development experience with demonstrated ability to deliver complete features
  • At least 2 years as the primary technical decision-maker for a SaaS product, with proven impact on product direction
  • Minimum 4 years working directly on customer-facing SaaS products (not internal systems or outsourced projects)
  • Demonstrated proficiency integrating generative AI technologies into your development workflow
