We are transforming the telecom landscape with our AI-centered Ontology platform. By creating structured knowledge systems, we aim to revolutionize LLM automation within complex telecom infrastructures. This role goes beyond superficial chatbot integration; it's about embedding deep semantic intelligence into the heart of network operations, provisioning, and customer experiences, turning traditional processes into adaptive, self-improving systems.

This position is not suited for those merely dabbling in AI or conventional full-stack developers looking to simply incorporate GPT. You'll be at the forefront, creating proof-of-concepts that showcase the future—automated, efficient, and scalable. Your work will involve crafting structured prompts that navigate OSS/BSS systems, training agents to perform telco tasks, and deploying workflows that minimize latency and manual intervention.

What you will be doing

  • Craft AI proof-of-concepts that illustrate how Ontology AI addresses real-world telecom challenges, teaching AI to comprehend telecom structures and intelligently reason within them.
  • Construct essential platform modules enabling AI to map meanings across telecom datasets, execute instructions, and coordinate actions across diverse systems.
  • Design and implement AI models capable of making intelligent, real-time decisions in telecom scenarios such as network management, service provisioning, and enhancing customer experience.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in traditional software development focused solely on manual coding and upkeep.
  • Conducting basic API development or standard telecom software engineering without AI advancements.
  • Utilizing AI as a mere novelty without tangible improvements in telecom efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop systems that boost technical credibility with clients, reduce sales cycles, and expand possibilities for in-depth platform integration.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a software engineering or architecture position
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python
  • Background in DevOps automation, along with strong expertise in Kubernetes and AWS
  • Experience in integrating telecommunications systems and automating telco-specific workflows
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like Cursor and LLM copilots for swift prototyping
  • Comprehensive understanding of vector databases and RAG methodologies
