Business Analyst   $100,000 USD/year

Description

Forget consultants who only diagnose problems—we need problem solvers who deliver solutions. At Trilogy, we're seeking action-oriented Business Analysts who implement real fixes, not just recommendations.

With our diverse portfolio of 100+ software products across multiple industries and geographies, you'll collaborate directly with senior leadership to tackle our most pressing business challenges. One day you might be developing innovative hiring strategies with our SVP of Finance, and the next, creating scalable M&A evaluation models alongside our CIO.

We value exceptional problem-solving abilities over prestigious credentials. Whether you graduated from an elite university or learned your skills through real-world experience doesn't matter—we care about your ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Ready to gain unparalleled cross-functional experience while solving complex business problems that drive meaningful impact? Join our team of brilliant thinkers and doers today!

What you will be doing

  • Investigate and analyze complex business challenges, developing creative solutions with measurable impact
  • Leverage cutting-edge generative AI tools to enhance efficiency across Operations, Hiring, M&A, and other critical business functions
  • Take complete ownership of projects from initial concept through successful implementation

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating theoretical frameworks without practical application—we need solutions implementers, not just strategists
  • Developing speculative proposals to pitch to management—you'll address concrete business problems requiring immediate, actionable solutions

Key responsibilities

  • Tackle and resolve the organization's most challenging and complex business issues

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
  • Demonstrated success using generative AI tools to enhance workplace productivity
  • Location within UTC-9 to UTC+1 time zones (Americas, Europe, or Western Africa) with availability during US business hours
