While other companies are still stuck prospecting into cold leads, you’ll be talking to decision-makers who are already mid-renewal, driving actual business outcomes. This isn’t a top-of-funnel lead gen job. You’re not here to qualify and toss. You’ll take customers all the way through the renewal cycle — from finding the right contact to prepping quotes and aligning calendars. You'll be in the emails, on the calls, and deep in the CRM, with the goal of handing sales a clean, quote-ready opportunity. What you will be doing

  • Identifying and initiating outreach to decision-makers in customer organizations using CRM tools, LinkedIn, org charts, and AI-generated scripts/templates to scale personalized communication.
  • Assisting customers using the self-serve renewals portal by leveraging AI-surfaced help content and intervening directly when automated support is insufficient.
  • Managing the renewals inbox by triaging customer emails, reviewing AI-generated categorization and responses, and ensuring prompt, personalized replies through Salesforce.

  • Reading robotic sales scripts all day
  • Customer support calls
  • Selling one boring product all the time

Key responsibilities

  • Creating an excellent impression and conveying company values as the initial point of contact for prospects

Candidate requirements

  • Professional experience in a customer-facing role
  • Full professional fluency in English
