Senior Account Manager, ZephyrTel (Remote) - $170,000/year USD

Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all of the customer interactions within a specific region. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure while you identify and explore unique value propositions that would collaborate to the customer success. You will become a key influencer to different business leaders, helping them to understand and adopt new paradigms that will significantly increase the value perceived from ZephyrTel's solutions as well as from upcoming new technologies.

You will operate as a fast-paced "business owner" with a heavy focus on High-Quality Interactions, deliverables and Continuous Improvement in our sales process. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a Pioneering Senior Account Management Team that will help elevate the company results and market reach.

What you will be doing

  • Identify prospective companies and Key Decision Makers
  • Drive the customer engagement within multiple communication means
  • Drive the knowledge of the company and products becoming a trusted advisor/consultant for the customer
  • Promote and succeed in driving our unique Prime Program into our customer base
  • Keeping up with customers' industries directions and business objectives
  • Leveraging Playbook guidelines and artifacts to ensure success

What you will NOT be doing

  • Focus on immediate results/deals without truly understanding the business needs of the customer and how our products can alleviate their pain points.
  • Sacrificing the long term relationship for the short term view.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the customers’ business strategy and industry direction and manage a long term, sustainable portfolio.
  • Foster strategic customer relationships and build confidence with the customers as a trusted partner.
  • Lead business review meetings to excite customer executives on our vision and plan for their success.
  • Help customers solve business challenges by aligning our value proposition with their business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management or client partnership roles
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, and able to work successfully in a 100% virtual environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

Experience in effectively transitioning customers from on-premise to SaaS/cloud software solutions
