Our products run on AWS and in this role you will get to use exciting cutting-edge cloud technology, such as Amazon Machine Learning and Lambda Edge.

What you will be doing
- Writing high quality production code in Perl
- Shipping new features and improving software quality by delivering what the specs outline
- Designing and writing automated unit tests to ensure that the product and new features you develop are running smoothly
- Collaborating with your colleagues while applying our metrics-driven agile approach
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and robust enterprise Perl applications
- Contribute and collaborate as part of our cross-functional agile (SCRUM/Kanban) project teams
Candidate requirements
- Proficiency in Object Oriented Perl for software development and web applications
- Proficiency in enterprise SQL databases
- Daily work schedule that significantly overlaps with GMT work hours
- Excellent English verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- AWS experience
- Knowledge of agile development practices and experience working on a cross-functional Scrum team
