In this role, you will understand how our B2B SaaS products drive business value for a customer - i.e., cost savings or new revenue. Then you will make tactical and strategic product decisions based exclusively on that business value, driving renewals, upsells, and customer acquisition. Other teams will support you with customer insights, delivering the technical part of product management, and managing the portfolio vision. But at Trilogy, you won't be managed by committee - you will drive the product's success by focusing only on business value and ignoring the rest.

What you will be doing

  • Developing business value insights for a B2B SaaS product
  • Making commercial decisions based on those business value insights (e.g., product positioning, pricing, tiers)
  • Enabling sales and marketing by concisely and clearly explaining how the product delivers business value
  • Creating a long-term vision, plans, and milestones for a product so it can deliver further business value

What you will NOT be doing

  • Taking in customer feedback uncritically. We don’t dilute our product by adding features that won’t add business value.
  • Directly managing the sales and marketing team
  • Managing the development lifecycle. The technical implementation is managed and executed by a technical team.
  • Ignoring the hard data. You have to draw insights from usage and sales data and use them to course-correct.
