What you will be doing
- Developing, testing, and continuously improving generative AI models
- Solving student support tickets correctly and quickly
- Onboarding new students to the program
What you will NOT be doing
- Performing just one task or function - you’ll be given a variety of operations tasks to support your growth and development.

- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or another object-oriented programming language
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to fluently communicate technical concepts in English, both verbally and in writing
- Consistently available to work primarily during US Central business hours (6 am - 6 pm CST)
