What you will be doing

  • Developing, testing, and continuously improving generative AI models
  • Solving student support tickets correctly and quickly
  • Onboarding new students to the program

What you will NOT be doing

  • Performing just one task or function - you’ll be given a variety of operations tasks to support your growth and development.

Build a product that delivers an exceptional learning experience for gt.school students

Candidate requirements

  • Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or another object-oriented programming language
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to fluently communicate technical concepts in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Consistently available to work primarily during US Central business hours (6 am - 6 pm CST)
