Skyvera maintains legacy, on-premise telecommunications software and prepares them for the industry’s inevitable shift to the cloud, and we are looking for an experienced database expert to join our team. In this role, you will use your magical database skills to optimize the performance and security of our databases and stay on top of ongoing maintenance requirements.

What you will be doing

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining databases both for our internal teams and for customers
  • Managing and monitoring the performance, capacity, and security of different database systems, and optimizing them to the second
  • Developing database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and data dictionaries

What you will NOT be doing

  • Data entry, data analytics, financial reporting

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in database administration
  • Advanced SQL skills
