What you will be doing

  • Owning daily campus operations—everything from facilities management to staff onboarding and ensuring a seamless learning environment.
  • Tackling tech challenges head-on: troubleshooting issues, managing device migrations, and serving as the go-to resource for tech needs.
  • Creating polished, professional spaces for events and ensuring they run without a hitch.
  • Building trust with students, parents, and staff by delivering clear communication and outstanding service.
  • Ensuring campus safety through effective protocols, drills, and security measures.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching or developing curriculum—your focus is on operational excellence, not academics.
  • Chasing rigid processes or waiting for someone else to take action—this role is about proactive ownership.
  • Working in isolation—success here is rooted in collaboration and community engagement.
  • Getting stuck in monotonous or repetitive tasks—this role offers variety and meaningful challenges.

Key responsibilities

Ensure seamless campus operations while building trust and delivering exceptional service to students, staff, and parents.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven ability to resolve technical issues and manage operational logistics with confidence.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, device management, or Tier 1/2 technical support.
  • Experience in event coordination or customer-facing roles where trust and service are paramount.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for solving problems under pressure.
  • A strong sense of ownership and an eagerness to take initiative.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work on-site in Austin, TX.
