Description

Are you ready to ignite a transformative wave in education and philanthropy, paving the way for a future where every child has the opportunity to thrive? Join us at 2 Hour Learning and become a cornerstone in a movement set to reshape the landscape of learning and giving.

At 2 Hour Learning, we're pioneering an unprecedented mission to dismantle educational barriers, leveraging technology to unlock personalized learning paths for students worldwide. Our innovative approach allows students to excel in just two hours a day, freeing them to explore their passions beyond traditional academics. Amidst this transformative journey, we're gearing up for an initial $100M giving campaign to support "Learn & Earn," a distinguished nonprofit initiative dedicated to providing free educational opportunities to Ukrainian refugees.

This role isn't just about fundraising; it's about crafting a legacy. As the visionary leader of our philanthropy efforts, you'll not only spearhead our ambitious campaign but also lay the groundwork for a $10B endeavor aimed at making 2 Hour Learning accessible to every child in the US. This journey will challenge you to think creatively, engage ultra-high-net-worth donors with compelling narratives, and orchestrate impactful events that transcend conventional fundraising.

What you will be doing

  • Leading and executing the $100M giving campaign for Learn & Earn, an established nonprofit with a vibrant donor community.
  • Innovating and implementing strategic fundraising approaches to engage and captivate ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Building and mentoring a driven team united by a shared vision of transforming education and philanthropy.
  • Forging lasting relationships with key stakeholders across education and government sectors to rally support for our long-term goals.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on outdated fundraising methods that fail to resonate with today's philanthropic landscape.
  • Working in isolation, without the support of a dedicated and visionary team.
  • Limiting your impact to small-scale projects that don't challenge the status quo of education and giving.

Key responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to ignite and nurture a global movement of generosity and innovation, driving us toward our $100M initial goal and beyond, towards a future where 2 Hour Learning transforms education for every child in the US.
