What you will be doing

  • Lead continuous improvements in key products like Everest, ensuring their optimal performance and driving cost optimization.
  • Tackle complex customer issues and swiftly manage outages across our SaaS portfolio, prioritizing system integrity and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to our AI-first strategy by integrating AI technologies in daily operations and to advance product capabilities.
  • Engage in cross-training for products such as Coretrac to enhance versatility and support capabilities across different products.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the management and optimization of AWS and Azure cloud environments, directly impacting the reliability and efficiency of our diverse SaaS product range.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA engineers to foster innovation in over 50 product developments, embodying our AI-first approach.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and optimizing cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure
  • Proficiency in C# and ASP.net, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development
  • Ability to integrate AI technologies into operational and development processes
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
