Description

Maintaining high availability and optimal performance in VoIP networks is crucial for businesses relying on seamless communication. Downtime, configuration errors, and inefficient troubleshooting can severely disrupt operations and customer interactions. Data shows that IT downtime can cost businesses up to $5,600 per minute, highlighting the critical need for reliable VoIP systems.

At Skyvera, we tackle these challenges head-on with a proactive approach. We emphasize advanced management and configuration of SBCs and PSX, in-depth troubleshooting of SIP traffic, and the development of efficient SIP routing configurations. This ensures maximum uptime, enhanced call quality, and robust system performance. It's an environment that thrives on innovation and technical mastery, making it an exciting place for those passionate about cutting-edge solutions.

This role is crafted for individuals who excel in solving complex network issues and managing sophisticated SIP operations. You'll handle escalated Level 3 issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Unlike standard roles, this position allows you to work across multiple core components (SBC, PSX, AS) in a single capacity, offering a comprehensive and rewarding experience.

Joining Skyvera means being an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team. You'll lead technical solutions and ensure the reliability of our VoIP systems.
