In this role, you will lead the resolution of advanced CPaaS issues, analyze SIP traces, and collaborate on Session Border Controller (SBC) configurations and troubleshooting. Unlike typical industry roles, you will work closely with Tier-1 operators and provide technical leadership to the support team. This is not a position for those who prefer routine tasks or avoid complex problem-solving.

What you will be doing

  • Customer Ticket Resolution: Work on resolving tickets from customers, focusing on issues related to the CPaaS service and portal
  • System Configuration and Updates: Perform changes in configuration and update the system to maintain optimal performance and address any issues
  • Escalation Management: Address escalations from customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Root Cause Analysis Documentation: Conduct detailed root cause analyses for resolved issues, providing insights and preventive measures

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure high availability and reliability for Skyvera's CPaaS offerings

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working with VoIP systems and expertise in SIP and VoIP technologies and CPaaS environments
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes and Docker
  • Proficiency in using REST APIs, SOAP, and managing multiple database systems like Couchbase, Hazelcast, and MongoDB
