We’re looking for a sales professional who can connect with parents who see education as one of their most significant investments. Your role will involve guiding parents through a complex educational landscape, helping them understand why 2 Hour Learning stands apart from traditional private schools, virtual academies, homeschooling, and specialty educational solutions. This is not about pushing a product; it’s about being a trusted advisor who can clearly articulate the value of a transformative learning experience.

To excel in this role, you must have a comprehensive understanding of the US K-12 education system. You should feel confident discussing a range of educational options and explaining why 2 Hour Learning is the best choice. If you’re skilled at qualifying leads and guiding parents through thoughtful decision-making, this opportunity is for you.

What you will be doing

  • Qualifying inbound parent leads by understanding their needs and guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Advising parents on the best educational fit within our portfolio, including private schools, microschools, virtual learning, homeschooling, and our AI-driven model.
  • Providing a high-touch experience that meets the expectations of parents accustomed to premium services.
  • Moving qualified leads to the next commitment phase through strategic follow-up and insights into the competitive educational landscape.
  • Communicating the unique benefits and extraordinary outcomes of 2 Hour Learning with clarity and conviction.
  • Logging interactions in HubSpot to maintain accurate records and support ongoing engagement.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Using rigid sales scripts or high-pressure tactics.
  • Relying on outdated educational models or rigid systems.
  • Operating in isolation—you’ll collaborate with the team to continuously improve the sales process.

Key responsibilities

Qualify and guide parents through the educational decision-making process by understanding their needs and demonstrating why 2 Hour Learning is the best choice among all educational options.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2C or D2C consultative sales experience incorporating high-touch customer engagement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the US K-12 educational landscape, including various models, current challenges, and parent motivations and pain points.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, educate, and inspire parents.
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Available to work remotely during US business hours (8am-8pm ET).
  • Fluent English speaker with a polished and professional communication style.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for tracking and managing leads.
