What you will be doing

  • Building AI-first software – not toy projects, but real tools.
  • Training on cutting-edge AI tech – LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, and the next big thing before it hits the market.
  • Mastering prompt engineering, context optimization, and autonomous agents.
  • Shipping weekly – real deadlines, real pressure, real impact.
  • Learning how to learn – because AI will outpace every syllabus.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Busywork. No fake projects. No "summer intern" fluff.
  • Listening to lectures. This is full-immersion, hands-on, trial-by-fire learning.
  • Working alone. You’ll be in an elite cohort pushing each other harder than any CS class ever has.
  • Ignoring AI. Every single thing you build must leverage AI at its core.

Candidate requirements

  • Current freshman at MIT or Stanford (Class of 2028)
  • Basic coding ability (you’ll take a technical assessment)
  • Exceptional work ethic & obsession with learning fast
  • Willing to relocate to Austin for the summer
