Your mission: conduct groundbreaking AI research that transforms how enterprises build software. Working independently, you'll explore areas like:

  • Analyzing AI-enabled IDEs for CRUD application code generation
  • Benchmarking code generation capabilities across frontier models
  • Implementing and analyzing RAG strategies for optimal document retrieval
  • Evaluating vector embeddings and distance algorithms across multi-modal documents
  • Conducting performance analysis of vector datastores for scale, accuracy, and latency

What you will be doing

  • Executing sophisticated experiments on bleeding-edge AI tools
  • Creating detailed research documents with actionable implementation guidance

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing infrastructure or operations

Candidate requirements

  • Strong computer science foundations with expertise in software architecture and systems design
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute sophisticated AI/LLM benchmarks and evaluation tests
  • Experience with prompt engineering and systematic model evaluation
  • Track record of building complex multi-modal AI agents with judgment engines
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Proven ability to rapidly master new technologies
  • Comfort with public technical discourse and knowledge sharing
  • Self-directed with strong experimental design skills
