What you will be doing

  • Address and resolve support and defect tickets raised by customers on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of the Salesforce environment
  • Learning how to use AI tools to automate workflows and make your life easier

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust, scalable, and efficient Salesforce environment for customers, while keeping them impressed with our service

Candidate requirements

  • Salesforce development knowledge (incliduing Apex, Visualforce, and LWC)
  • Willingness to learn and leverage AI tools
  • Willingness to work most hours during India Standard Time
