Associate Guide - Virtual   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Imagine helping students master their academics in just 2 hours a day while absolutely loving school. That's exactly what's happening at Arizona's first virtual 2 Hour Learning school, launching Fall 2025.

Our proven model combines adaptive AI technology with dynamic coaching, enabling students to consistently rank in the top 1-2% nationally. Rather than traditional teachers delivering lessons, we have Guides - education professionals who focus purely on motivating students and developing essential life skills through engaging workshops.

While AI tutors handle academic instruction, Guides focus on what drew them to education in the first place: making real connections with students and helping them grow. As a virtual Guide based in Arizona, you'll be free from lesson planning and grading to focus entirely on what matters most - inspiring students to reach their full potential.

Join us to be part of a team proving that students can achieve more than traditional education systems ever thought possible!
