We're seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to orchestrate our merchandise strategy for showcases, school launches, and major events that bring our modern learning model to life.

This is a focused, part-time role (15-25 hours/week) where you'll coordinate timely deliveries of branded materials to our events across the country. Working remotely, you'll manage vendor relationships, optimize shipping costs, and ensure materials arrive exactly when needed for 30+ annual events. Hours flex seasonally to accommodate busy periods, with the ability to batch work and manage your own schedule. Think of yourself as the conductor of a complex delivery orchestra – your success lies in seamless coordination and proactive planning.

What you will be doing

  • Owning the end-to-end merchandise logistics for 30+ high-impact education events throughout the year
  • Coordinating with school leaders and event teams to forecast merchandise needs and create ordering schedules
  • Managing vendor relationships and drop-shipping logistics to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
  • Tracking inventory levels and maintaining a dynamic calendar of merchandise needs across multiple locations
  • Streamlining processes to reduce shipping costs while maintaining event readiness

What you will NOT be doing

  • Physical packaging or shipping of merchandise – this is a remote coordination role
  • Designing new merchandise or developing vendor relationships – we have established partnerships
  • Direct event planning or on-site setup – you're focused on ensuring merchandise arrives on time
  • Customer service or sales – this is an internal operations role

Candidate requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, project management, event planning, or operations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent timelines
  • Experience with vendor management and drop-shipping coordination
  • Proficiency with project management and inventory tracking tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with multiple stakeholders
  • Availability during US business hours (8 am - 6 pm ET) for at least 10 hours per week to facilitate team communication
