Senior Product Manager   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Are you a product manager who wants to build something that actually matters? At Alpha School, you can lead the development of AI-powered education technology that's unlocking human potential at an unprecedented scale. We're not just improving education—we're completely reimagining it.

Our revolutionary 2-hour learning model has proven that children can achieve 2-5x faster learning—sometimes even 10x—compared to traditional education. We've cracked the code on what every child needs to thrive academically:

  • Perfect Academic Delivery: AI-powered personalization that adapts to each student's pace and knowledge base
  • Powerful Motivation Systems: A framework that transforms external rewards into lasting intrinsic motivation

By compressing required learning into just 2 hours per day, we give students the "gift of time"—4 hours daily to pursue their passions, develop leadership, build resilience, and explore creative expression.

In this role, you'll be working on groundbreaking products such as:

  • TimeBackâ„¢: Our educational operating system that uses computer vision and AI to provide real-time coaching
  • Athena: An accelerated learning platform that delivers guaranteed AP scores of 5 and SAT improvements of 100+ points in just 10 hours
  • Incept: Our AI content generation engine that creates personalized, adaptive learning materials at scale

Our Alpha schools are already achieving remarkable results—students performing in the top 1-2% academically while developing exceptional ambition and growth mindset. Now we're scaling to reach 1.5 billion children globally. If you're here to move fast, cut through noise, and fundamentally transform how kids learn, apply now.
