What you will be doing

  • Leveraging generative AI to automate manual processes organization-wide.
  • Critically assessing division performance to identify areas of improvement.
  • Developing restructuring strategies for specific operational sectors like Customer Support, Pricing, and Sales, guided by Trilogy's methodologies.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Engaging in high-level management or delegation, as administrative tasks are automated for focused execution.
  • Managing steady-state operations; once optimized, you'll tackle the next challenge.
  • Reinventing startup strategies; instead, you'll implement our tried-and-true growth playbook.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement established operational frameworks to revitalize struggling companies, utilizing and refining our playbook.
  • Achieve positive margins and enhance customer retention for our software company acquisitions.

Candidate requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the enterprise software sector, with a solid grasp of software practices.
  • More than 5 years in an operational role.
  • At least 3 years in a customer-facing position, such as Support, Sales, or Collections.
  • Proven experience using generative AI tools to drive measurable productivity gains.
