What you will be doing

  • Architect and enhance an AI-driven learning ecosystem that measurably outperforms traditional education
  • Engage directly with students via virtual platforms to gather crucial insights for continuous improvement
  • Leverage AI/ML, learning science, and data analytics to design high-impact academic interventions
  • Champion a culture of bold experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate academic insights into seamless product enhancements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Repackaging traditional education in an AI wrapper—we're reimagining learning from the ground up
  • Analyzing data in isolation—you'll regularly engage with K-12 students for essential feedback
  • Waiting for consensus—you'll champion a bold vision backed by data-driven results
  • Adhering to conventional methods—you'll experiment with innovative approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction
  • Fearing AI's impact on education—you'll harness AI as a revolutionary tool for learning

Key responsibilities

Drive innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to deliver exceptional student outcomes across multiple campuses. Blend data analytics with regular student engagement to continuously optimize our learning ecosystem, measured by AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.

Candidate requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech
  • Demonstrated application of AI technologies in educational or professional contexts
  • Experience designing and implementing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Strong grasp of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
