What you will be doing

  • Spearhead the development and optimization of AI-driven automated testing frameworks, pushing the boundaries of QA efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and rigorous testing of changes, collaborating closely with development teams to swiftly resolve quality issues.
  • Lead quality audits using a blend of manual expertise and AI-powered tools, ensuring rapid defect identification and resolution.
  • Continuously explore and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance test coverage, speed, and reliability.
  • Drive the evolution of our QA processes, setting new standards for software quality in the industry.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Spending hours on repetitive manual testing tasks that can be automated.
  • Creating lengthy, text-heavy test documentation that quickly becomes outdated.
  • Waiting for development cycles to complete before beginning testing efforts.
  • Working in isolation from the development team.
  • Relying solely on traditional testing methods without leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Transform our software quality assurance process by implementing AI-driven automation, conducting thorough quality audits, and delivering consistently bug-free, high-performance releases that exceed industry standards and drive customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA role, with a proven track record of creating and executing comprehensive test plans
  • Advanced proficiency in Selenium, demonstrating the ability to create complex, scalable test automation frameworks
  • Intermediate Java skills, with a focus on leveraging these for robust back-end testing
  • Demonstrated expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok, showcasing the ability to integrate AI tools into QA processes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate potential quality issues before they arise
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
