What you will be doing

  • Pioneer AI-driven test automation frameworks that generate intelligent test cases, scripts, and data for comprehensive validation
  • Harness the power of GenAI tools to analyze test outcomes, identify defect patterns, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Design and execute complex test scenarios that simulate real-world conditions, stress tests, and edge cases to uncover potential issues before they impact users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-enhanced QA processes seamlessly into the development pipeline
  • Stay at the cutting edge of AI and automation technologies, continuously evolving our QA strategies to maintain our competitive edge

What you will NOT be doing

  • Perform repetitive manual testing that can be automated
  • Write traditional test scripts without leveraging AI capabilities
  • Rely solely on outdated QA methodologies that don't utilize predictive analytics
  • Work in isolation—our team thrives on collaboration and knowledge sharing

Key responsibilities

Drive the integration of AI and automation tools into our QA processes to ensure faster product releases with significantly fewer defects, ultimately revolutionizing our software development lifecycle.

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset: You should instinctively turn to AI tools to enhance and streamline your work before writing code manually
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a QA automation role, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in Selenium and at least one of Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate and optimize QA workflows
  • Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
