What you will be doing

  • Harness the power of AI to develop and maintain cutting-edge test automation frameworks
  • Leverage GenAI tools to analyze test outcomes and uncover hidden patterns in defects
  • Design and execute complex test scenarios that push our software to its limits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven QA seamlessly into our development process
  • Continuously innovate our QA methodologies, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices

What you will NOT be doing

  • Mindless manual testing of basic functionality
  • Writing test cases without leveraging AI assistance
  • Waiting for bugs to be reported by users or stakeholders
  • Working in isolation from the development team

Key responsibilities

Drive the evolution of our QA processes by integrating AI technologies, resulting in faster, more reliable software releases that give IgniteTech a competitive edge in the market.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in QA automation
  • Proficiency in Selenium and either Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Proven track record of using AI tools to enhance QA workflows
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
