What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement AI-powered test automation frameworks that generate comprehensive test suites with minimal human intervention

What you will NOT be doing

  • Performing repetitive manual testing tasks that can be automated
  • Writing test cases without leveraging AI assistance
  • Waiting for bugs to be reported by users or stakeholders
  • Relying solely on traditional QA methodologies without embracing AI-driven innovations

Key responsibilities

Drive the integration of AI and automation in our QA processes to dramatically reduce time-to-market and eliminate critical defects, ensuring our software sets new industry standards for quality and reliability.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First Mindset: You instinctively turn to AI tools as your first step in problem-solving and code generation
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a QA automation role
  • Mastery of Selenium and proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Proven track record of leveraging AI tools to enhance QA workflows and outcomes
  • Strong familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn and apply new AI technologies in QA
