What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement AI-powered test automation frameworks that generate sophisticated test cases, scripts, and data sets
  • Leverage advanced GenAI tools to analyze test outcomes, identify defect patterns, and drive continuous improvement in our development pipeline
  • Design and execute complex simulation scenarios that push our software to its limits, uncovering potential issues before they reach our users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven QA processes seamlessly into our product development lifecycle

What you will NOT be doing

  • Performing repetitive manual testing tasks that can be automated
  • Writing basic test scripts without leveraging AI assistance
  • Maintaining outdated QA processes that don't utilize the latest AI technologies
  • Working in isolation—this role requires constant collaboration and innovation

Key responsibilities

Drive the integration of AI-powered QA methodologies to significantly reduce time-to-market and dramatically improve product quality, positioning IgniteTech as an industry leader in software reliability and innovation.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record of leveraging AI tools in QA processes, with a mindset that prioritizes AI-assisted workflows
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA automation roles, with a focus on AI integration
  • Expert-level proficiency in Selenium and advanced knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Demonstrated success in implementing AI-driven QA automation at scale
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and their integration with AI tools
  • Ability to think critically about AI applications in QA and contribute innovative ideas to improve our processes
