Description

Are you tired of traditional QA roles where you're stuck running the same manual tests day after day? Ready to revolutionize software testing with cutting-edge AI? At IgniteTech, we're redefining quality assurance by integrating GenAI at every level - and we need visionary automation engineers to lead the charge.

We're not just automating tests; we're building intelligent systems that predict and prevent issues before they occur. Our AI-driven approach has already reduced post-release defects by 80% and accelerated release cycles by 3x. Now we're scaling up, and we need someone who can think beyond traditional test automation.

If you're excited about using AI to solve complex testing challenges and want to be at the forefront of QA innovation, this role is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What you will be doing

  • Design and implement next-generation test automation frameworks that leverage GenAI for intelligent test case generation and execution
  • Develop predictive analytics systems to identify potential issues before they reach production
  • Create AI-powered testing solutions that adapt to changing application behaviors and requirements
  • Lead the integration of emerging AI technologies into our QA processes

What you will NOT be doing

  • Manually executing repetitive test cases or maintaining static test scripts
  • Writing basic automation code without strategic thinking
  • Following rigid, predefined test plans that don't adapt to real-world usage
  • Spending time on routine regression testing that could be handled by AI

Key responsibilities

Drive the evolution of our QA processes by implementing AI-driven automation solutions that ensure faster releases while maintaining exceptional product quality.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a QA automation role
  • Proficiency in Selenium and one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
  • Professional experience using AI tools to automate QA workflows
  • Familiarity with CI/CD platforms, such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
