We're looking for an experienced technical product lead to turn high-level goals and milestones into actionable engineering work, for our strategic line of products:

  • AI Coach: Brain Lift Coach is an AI-powered system that guides users in capturing and structuring their expertise in a format optimized for LLM collaboration. Using a proven knowledge framework, it helps users build Brain Lifts that serve as an effective bridge between human expertise and AI capabilities, while providing real-time coaching and content curation to continuously improve this knowledge capture process.
  • Crossover: An AI-powered hiring platform that sifts through millions of applicants per year to find the top 1% of global remote talent. We're breaking down geographical barriers and making high-paying jobs accessible to professionals worldwide, regardless of their location.
  • gt.school: An online education platform that uses advanced data collection, algorithms, and AI-generated content to empower students to learn at their own pace. Our adaptive learning system fills knowledge gaps, accelerates learning, and helps students master a whole grade level on a subject within weeks.

What you will be doing

  • Design and deliver innovative features powered by generative AI that create tangible customer value
  • Conduct in-depth customer research to understand product impact and identify opportunities
  • Develop working proof-of-concepts using generative AI technologies to validate hypotheses
  • Leverage multimodal LLMs to extract actionable insights from diverse and complex datasets
  • Transform abstract product visions into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Evaluate engineering deliverables against quality standards and functional requirements
  • Monitor post-launch metrics and gather user feedback to measure feature success and drive improvements

What you will NOT be doing

  • Chasing developers to get their work and tasks delivered on time
  • Managing people or completing HR & administrative tasks
  • Performing low-level exhaustive quality assurance work

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on software engineering experience with demonstrated technical problem-solving ability
  • At least 1 year experience as a product manager/owner with responsibility for feature delivery
  • Proven track record building and shipping features that effectively utilize generative AI capabilities
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud architecture and application development
  • AI-first mindset - deep conviction that generative AI has forever changed how technology helps people and will continue to further disrupt industries. Belief that the only viable future is one where people use generative AI in virtually everything they do
