This is about building a marketing engine that scales engagement through AI-powered delivery, personalized customer journeys, and real-time optimization. You’ll be designing strategies that turn AI into your competitive edge, using tools like HubSpot to automate and accelerate every phase of customer acquisition and retention.

In this role, you'll work closely with the team to craft strategies that are as cutting-edge as they are effective, leveraging AI to deliver results that go beyond typical expectations. If you’re ready to innovate and create campaigns that learn from every interaction, we want to meet you.

What you will be doing

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategy plans that incorporate AI tools to deliver engagement at scale
  • Drive the entire marketing funnel with AI-powered omnichannel delivery, reporting, and optimization
  • Leverage AI-driven CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to automate marketing tasks, manage customer relationships, and personalize interactions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Increasing the volume of marketing activities without improving their quality or targeting
  • Replacing human insights and creativity entirely with AI; rather, this role focuses on enhancing them through AI-driven efficiency

Key responsibilities

  • Enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness through AI integration, leading to increased customer retention, better-targeted campaigns, and improved content quality and volume

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Professional experience integrating AI tools into marketing strategies
  • Previous success executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, social media, email) in the B2B software industry
  • Professional experience using HubSpot
