AI-First QA Automation Engineer $60,000USD/year ($30 USD/hour)

Description

The software industry struggles with slow product releases and recurring bugs, often caused by reliance on outdated testing practices. Traditional QA methods, even with basic automation, lack the ability to adapt quickly or uncover deeper, systemic issues early in the development cycle. As a result, companies lose time and resources addressing problems that could have been avoided.

IgniteTech is tackling this challenge differently by integrating AI tools into the core of our QA processes. We are pioneering a new approach where AI automates repetitive tasks, generates smarter test cases, and detects patterns in defects to preempt issues before they occur. This means faster releases, higher-quality software, and a QA process that actively enhances the development pipeline. Joining us means being part of an exciting shift toward smarter, AI-driven solutions that redefine how software quality is ensured.

This role is designed for someone eager to grow into an advanced QA automation engineer. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to build and maintain AI-enhanced testing frameworks, analyze test outcomes, and contribute to proactive bug detection. This isn’t a role for someone looking for repetitive manual testing—it’s for someone ready to embrace new tools, learn rapidly, and grow alongside innovative technologies.

As part of our QA team, you’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and automation leads to ensure we’re delivering high-quality software at speed. If you’re excited by the opportunity to expand your skills with cutting-edge AI tools and want to contribute to an environment that values learning and innovation, we’d love to hear from you. This is your chance to help shape the future of QA while building your career in a fast-evolving field.
