Role Description

In our Human Resources roles, you’ll go far beyond policy enforcement or routine admin. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how high-performance teams are hired, supported, and developed across a global portfolio of companies.
From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement, you'll use proven frameworks to build scalable HR systems that enable growth, alignment, and retention—without bureaucracy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and executing scalable people processes across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, L&D, and performance.
- Partnering with leaders to ensure HR operations align with business objectives.
- Implementing data-driven frameworks to track key HR metrics and improve outcomes like retention, productivity, and satisfaction.
- Rolling out employee lifecycle playbooks across fast-moving, remote-first teams.
What You WON’T Be Doing
- Acting only as an administrator or gatekeeper—you’ll be a proactive partner, not just a policy enforcer.
- Managing slow, manual processes. We automate wherever possible so you can focus on impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize end-to-end HR operations across hiring, onboarding, performance, and engagement.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws while creating employee-first practices.
- Use people data and pulse surveys to shape decisions and improve team health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and support teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HR, talent management, or people operations—ideally in fast-paced or global environments.
- Strong understanding of HR tools, systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to balance empathy with performance-driven people practices.
- Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement.
