What you will be doing

  • Harnessing advanced AI tools to generate and refine initial drafts of cutting-edge marketing content.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with Crossover’s brand identity, industry best practices, and marketing objectives.
  • Iterating on AI-generated content and prompts to enhance quality and effectiveness continuously.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into captivating brand narratives.
  • Leveraging insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement in content strategy and execution.

  • Getting bogged down in long-form content creation; our focus is on concise, impactful messaging that drives action.

Key responsibilities

Revolutionize how we create marketing content, using your expert judgment and creativity to refine AI-generated drafts into powerful pieces that align with our brand voice and meet our high standards for quality and impact.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creating written content for B2C or D2C audiences in roles such as writer, blogger, copywriter, content marketer, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft a wide variety of content types with a compelling, edgy narrative style.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and a track record of using technology to enhance content creation processes.
  • A bold, innovative approach to content that challenges conventions and sets new standards for engagement and effectiveness.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a "spiky POV" – unique, edgy, and engaging content that stands out in a crowded market.
