You will develop, test, and optimize AI tools that automate key marketing processes such as customer segmentation, personalized marketing campaigns, and lead scoring. What you will be doing

  • Develop AI-driven tools that automate key marketing processes, such as customer segmentation, personalized marketing campaigns, and lead scoring to enhance the precision and effectiveness of marketing strategies, aiming to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Experiment with the latest AI technologies to discover new ways to enhance marketing strategies

Key responsibilities

  • Enhance customer targeting and conversion through the use of generative AI tools

Candidate requirements

  • Professional experience using HubSpot's advanced automation workflows and custom reporting features
  • Advanced generative AI proficiency (i.e., use of multiple AI tools, ability to automate workflows and custom GPTs); if you've only used LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be deemed insufficient
  • At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role
