What you will be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies leveraging AI tools for content creation, scheduling, and performance optimization
  • Producing and curating engaging, AI-assisted content across various platforms that aligns with LearnwithAI's brand voice and educational mission
  • Utilizing AI tools to efficiently manage, moderate, and grow our social media communities, fostering engagement and addressing user inquiries

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying solely on traditional, manual approaches to social media management
  • Working with large teams or extensive human collaboration - this role emphasizes AI-assisted work
  • Focusing on broader marketing strategies beyond social media
  • Sticking to outdated tools or methods - you'll be continuously learning and adopting new AI technologies

Key responsibilities

Drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention for LearnwithAI's AI-powered educational products through AI-enhanced content creation and community management strategies.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management
  • Demonstrated success in growing and engaging social media communities, preferably in the tech or education sectors
  • Strong proficiency in using AI tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Hootsuite Insights, Sprout Social, MidJourney, HeyGen, Traacker, etc.)
  • Experience with social media advertising and performance marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for education technology and willingness to become an expert in LearnwithAI's products and mission
